REQUEST AND PHOTO USAGE TERMS: Submitting this form is a request only and does not by itself create a booking, sale, license, or obligation by Music City Photo / Jimmy Stratton to provide services or images. Purchase does not grant ownership or copyright in any photograph or image. All photographs and images remain the property of Music City Photo / Jimmy Stratton. Upon full payment, the buyer receives only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered image(s) for the personal and approved self-promotional usage stated in the request and later confirmed in writing. Until full payment is received, no usage rights are granted. The buyer has no ownership rights and may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, assign, transfer, syndicate, merchandise, distribute for commercial resale, permit third-party use, or otherwise commercially exploit the image(s) beyond the specifically approved use without further negotiation and prior written authorization from Music City Photo / Jimmy Stratton. Any expanded, additional, advertising, publication, merchandising, licensing, resale, third-party, or other commercial use requires a separate written agreement and may require additional fees.
